You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

Tracking information may not be available for your package; it will be available within the next 24 hours when our logistic partners have updated their records.
Q1. Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

Q2. Why my delivery is delay?
Delay of delivery might happen due to public holiday.
Q3. Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped. Under the circumstances whereby item has shipped to your designated address, kindly decline delivery. We shall deduct a minimum of RM15.00 from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.
Q4. Can I pick up my order at Case to Wear office?
Case to Wear does online shopping only and does not provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
Q5. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
